Post military, Tim served in Amtrak's Department of Counter Terrorism Unit and with the US Transportation and Security Administration. Jeff Flournoy

Since founding ETA in 1998, Jeff and his team have been providing high-net-worth families, corporate executives, celebrities and athletes the unique ability to work & travel seamlessly in high-risk environments. The company focuses on servicing a very discerning group of clients in and around major corporate, social and sporting events: including the Summer & Winter Olympics, World Cup Soccer, Formula One Racing, NASCAR, IRL, the Super Bowl, NYE Times Square, Grammy Awards, Country Music Awards and many more. Prior to starting ETA, Jeff managed the security and logistics for a small portfolio fo high-net-worth travelers to include celebrities, corporate executives and their families. Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in security and logistics having managed over 500 multi-level events. Jeff holds a black belt under Sensei "Little Giant" Mike Bell and regularly teaches when in his hometown of Orlando, FL.

Senior Armed Defense Instructor

Marco Saltarelli

Marco is currently a Senior Special Agent for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and is based in Houston, TX. He is assigned to a multi-agency task force targeting violent criminal gangs and related criminal organizations operating in the Houston area. Marco served in the US Nave and has over 33 years of military, local, and federal law enforcement experience to his name. Marco had been a contract Educator and Security Specialist for ETA for the past seven years and has managed multiple multi-faceted events.
